Shipping Policies

Return Instructions

  1. Expressing Love must authorize all returns by buyer.
  2. Buyer must provide name, address, original invoice number and the reason for return, in order for the return to be processed.
  3. Returns shipped without authorization will not be accepted. COD's will be refused.
  4. Buyer must pay all return shipping costs and applicable insurance fees.
  5. Risk of loss remains upon buyer until merchandise shipped for return is received by Expressing Love at their business.
  6. Products returned for refund must be in the original carton (where applicable) and merchandise must be returned together with the product, in order for buyer to receive the appropriate refund.
  7. Items must be returned within seven (7) days of Expressing Love approving the return.
  8. If any of the following conditions exist, a refund will NOT be issued:

    1. Serial numbers of returned items do not match serial numbers on the original invoice and our records
    2. The product or part has been altered, modified or repaired by someone other than an authorized Expressing Love service representative. (Just call me the service representative!)
Lost Shipments

Expressing Love makes every attempt to deliver each order in a timely and safe manner. Undelivered orders should be reported as soon as possible. We follow the rules and regulations set in the policies of the major carriers in respect to lost or undelivered packages.

International Orders

We're sorry, but we are not accepting international orders at this time. We are only accepting orders from within the United States.
